Title: Tower block dog death pair freed

A Black Country couple who were jailed after admitting throwing a dog from the balcony of a block of flats have been freed on appeal..................

So upsetting, we really have  :censored: laws in this country even when they have been updated! RIP little one  :'(

why is protecting the vulnerable so hard here, surely it isn't for them to decide if the penalty was too harsh??????  the trouble is with these things its more often a feather in the cap of the legal team rather than doing the right thing why else would people like the Soham guy have got representation

obviously the judge wasnt an animal lover, >:(otherwise how could he let them :censored: get away with it

Twelve weeks in prison and a year ban on keeping animals - wow, that's telling them. >:(
