Thank you for your lovely comments.

I use a Nikon D300 - I am a mature student, doing a degree in Photography :) Unfortunately they won't let me do a whole degree taking photos of my cats so sometimes I had to point my camera at other things!

Both your pusscats are lovely, I've been having a read of their blogs. My mums cat casper was hit by a car nearly a year ago and ended up losing a hind leg so I remember the trauma of cage rest.

What camera do you have? - your pictures are lovely!

Thanks for the lovely comments.

She's not very well at the moment, last night she was throwing up salivay foam and the last time there was blood in it. Went to the vets this morning and she's got a red painful throat so she's on antibiotics and painkillers. Hopefully she'll get better by monday otherwise they want to sedate her and look down her throat :(

She's ok in herself though, happily napping

What a beautiful girl  :Luv: So glad she's made a full recovery  :) Those play cubes from the Purrs shop are ace aren't they! Just wait til Pixe and Arty are both back to full health, I'll bet there will be some serious rough and tumbles going on in them!

This is my cat Pixie. She was 3 years old in September.
On the 27th of August she was hit by a car. Her pelvis was broken in three places, her diaphragm torn and a few minor internal injuries. It was the most terrifying and upsetting day of my life. I found her outside were I park my car.
She was rushed to the vets and they looked after her so well. She spent 5 weeks in a cage to restrict her movement so that her pelvis could heal and then two weeks house arrest. Today was the first day she got to go outside. She's pretty nervous about outside though (and understandably).
When the postman delivered her toys from Purrs in our Hearts today, she jumped straight in!

She's my little miracle   :Luv2:

You can see her baby photos on her and Arty's blog here http://starpixie.co.uk/pixieandarty/baby-pixie/

She is now fast asleep in the blue one.
