Just noticed the purrs logo is still doning its santa hat, the administrators must have been too busy with the auction to notice ;)

I have been looking at it thinking nothing much - amazing how use to something you get and it becomes the norm!  :rofl:

Think this may be down to busy time of year with Tan's job?  I only took our Christmas Tree down today  :-[

 Yes my hubby pointed that out the other day when I was on here  :evillaugh: I didn't like to say as I think Tan has been really busy

I thought that little red hat had been left out in the hope that Santa might come back, collect it, and leave a few extra goodies in exchange .....? :rofl:

For those members who don't know, Tan's an accountant and this is a very busy month for her with the online filing deadline looming.  I suspect it may stay festive on Purrs until she's submitted all her returns  ;)

Roll on 1st Feb when all my urgent work is done and i can get back to Purring. I have lots to do and me Purrs to do list is getting longer ... New shop toys, new shop personalized designs, new rescue fund members and rescue stuff, sorting out the arcade save game thing, fundraisers and ....  loads of stuff and i dying to get going on it so roll on !st Feb  ;D

Don't worry my dear you have my sympathies as i'm eagerly awaiting 1st Feb myself...well more accurately 31st Jan in my case, 'cos thats the day after my Masters Thesis handin.....

I'm getting heartily sick of spending every  :censored: day staring at word and excel sheets, when there's lots of things that I could do that are much more fun  :tired:

Anyway, Don't work yourself too hard....though death and taxes come to us all  :evillaugh:...maybe next year tell 'em to do thier own blinkin' returns!  :innocent:

Conversation between myself and friend .....

Me      "Whats all the paperwork?"
Friend  " :censored: Tax return"  She then gathers it up, stuffs it an envelope and seals the envelope
Me       "Well, at lest its all done ?"
Friend   "Erm, well - not really"  Evil grin from her  :naughty:  She is a BIG wind-up merchant so I wait quietly for the next "line" ......
Friend   " Its a Tax RETURN so Im returning it"   Across the envelope was written NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS .......

I dont think she ever posted it .........
