Neutering is the most common operation which veterinarians must perform on our beloved cats, but how does this change them? I am conducting a project into the behavioural consequences of neutering and I would be very grateful if you could fill in a short survey :)

Done.

Sorry questions not relevant to my boy as only had him one day before neutered

I've done it but can't be much help as I have just put the same for everything. Since most cats are neutered as kittens (usually at about 5-6 months but many now much younger) that is the age when kittens are maturing and changing a lot anyway. The cat I've answered for went for neutering, came home and bounced out of the box like nothing had happened.

My two did exactly the same.
I have looked at the survey but as with most surveys there are a lack of choices to answer. There is nowhere to say none or no. I couldn't complete it as my answers wouldn't be truthfull. Sorry

Done. :innocent:

Done, but I had to guess a bit about aggression to other animals outside the home, as I never let them out unaccompanied before neutering (I think they've been too young anyway). I based my guess on how they behaved towards cats they could see out of the window.
All the other answers were "same", but that's useful information in itself.
