They had tons of buggies for sale at crufts this year in all shapes and sizes. I'll see if I can find out if some of those places have websites.

That's what appealed to me about the one I bought, that the carrier could be lifted on and off the frame.

I do wish that makers like Atlas (as I had two of their carriers previously) would make separate stroller frames that you could buy and clip their standard carriers into as and when you needed them, whether for a walk to the vets or transporting round cat shows etc.

I would have thought it possible to design something that would let you stack at least two carriers together - despite the fact that two Singapuras would easily fit in one carrier, I've yet to master the knack of singlehandedly inserting cat number two into the carrier without cat number one using the opportunity to exit it...

I too made a kitten buggy as well and I even appeared on national tv with mine

I loved my buggy but sadly the wheel fell of I have to try and get another one as dont drive and it is handy for getting out and about. when my own computer is fixed I will post a picture of it

For me the best carrier is a wire one, safe, strong and easy to scrub when little accidents occur

Don't know if this'll work, as I'm totally IT incompetent, but I got one of these to take my two boys on the trip to the vets. I don't have a car, and work full time so like to get their checkups over in one go, but find even on a ten minute walk to the local surgery it gets exhausting carrying two cats, whether in one carrier or two. This has been a godsend.

No but I was mocking it in PAH yesterday. A woman was looking at a litter tray mat as a scratcher and asked for my opinion - little did she know what she was letting herself in for

- I pointed it out to her.
Alice rubs against the brush but I doubt she would use it. The woman couldn't work it out and said you would need a really fat cat to go through it

Why don't they have a detachable food dish inside while they are at it? - they can then eat and have a poo at the same time

hmm its a stupid idea, however my cat carrier and litter tray (i use a covered one) look very very similar (colours ect) the size is slightly different and obviously the tray has a flap not a gate.

My two have always used this tray even after vets trips ect and even though they dislike the carrier, but it is completley inappropriate to combine the two!! i mean carriers are typically used for vets trips.... ie after an op ect, arent litter trays COVERED in bacteria?
Im annoyed someone made a quick buck from such a stupid idea

Fo us the answer is well and truely no - we have some who will only use open litter trays, some who will only used covered trays and the we fight with most to get in a normal cat box or crush cage for their visit!!!!!

So you either have to empty out all the litter to use it as a carrier before going to the vet, or leave the litter in there and let the vet discover your nifty little carrier come tray

I like the look of it but as others have said, would use it as one or the other.

it wouldn't work for a cat like Trigger either though, as the mess he makes of himself and the carrier is because of blind panic, so he wouldn't be digging a nice little hole in the litter and burying it tidily

Hum I think it would be a good idea for cats that mess in their carrier on the way to the vets, but thats about it! I like the shape for a litter tray but wouldn't use it as both!

Bet people buy these thinking what a great idea until their cat starts going to loo elsewhere in thehouse as they are too petrified to use the tray incase it means a trip to the vet and getting trapped inside it!

i had been told bout these when i was in college and my tutor thought it was good idea (i did animal care) and i was just thinking how can you think it is a good idea??? i thought the whole point with carriers was leave them set up so cat could get comfortable being put in them rather than it seeming like your forcing them into the loo
