Hi Roz
Have administered your love to the posers boys, they say thank you  ;D
Gooey is hoping to leave as soon as possible because he isnt getting fed enough sheba trays which he finds unacceptable treatment, natures menu is not a suitable alternative lol

Hi MM,

Those pix are fab and I agree that 'Gooey' does look like a Scottish Fold now...a breed I have always thought of as being particularly cute...I think they look very, very sweet...as does poor Gooey right now, bless him.  Poor little poppet.  That's the disadvantage of being born truly blonde.  I hope the cancer has been completely eradicated now and that he heals up quickly.  I have so many cats that I cannot offer a home to another one at the moment otherwise I would take him in a trice....I think he looks adorable....

Dexter is very handsome so I can't see it taking very long before someone falls in love with him, especially if he is well and not suffering from any illnesses.  I wish it were thus for all other cats awaiting re-homing.

It's lucky for us that they both appear to be such posers.  ;D

Lots of love to them.

Roz

Those pics are great and his ears look as if they are healing nicely.   Loved the one of Dexter upside down.  Is he covered in debris from the garden?  Skye constantly has "stuff" that need picking out of her fur after rolling around in ours
Its catnip  ;D he will fall at your feet and roll about without any but wont stay still and pose unless i give him some, hes very smart and has me worked out  :tired:

Magoo looks like a Scottish Fold cat now  :Luv2:
Good plan, if i amputate tail i can advertise as a manx x scottish fold and he will be rehomed much quicker  :sneaky:
Bless him, his temper has calmed alot now so im hoping someone will fall in love with the old chap  :Luv:

 :thanks: Yvonne  ;D

His ears are healing so quickly, im very pleased, i give them a nice scratch for him as its driving him mad that he can get at them!  :(

Regular feedings of roast chicken and temptations are helping his recovery, im going to try the same treatment for my wallet, he is my most expensive rescue by far  Im so glad for my discount as he has nearly reached £500! Worth every penny, just need the cherry on top - a new home  :Luv: :Luv:

BUN is the same as Urea - both Jeannie and Norman have slightly raised Urea, and the vet says with a small increase and no increase in Creatnine, it can just be indicative of infection/inflammation.

He had SCC Gill from too much sunbathing without protection  :(

Hes home and not too peed off, is still running off their pain relief tho  :evillaugh: have Metacam to start tomorrow.
He looks so much better than i expected, very clean and neat surgery, im very pleased  ;D

Iv got a copy of his notes, bloods were ok, only thing flagged on them was slightly elevated BUN, creatine normal. Havent had time to look that up yet so any comments?

9 days for check up unless i have any concerns  ;D

I like his tufty ears  :'( :'( :'(

I dont normally use collars but Magoo wears his as anti ACO protection, he doesnt leave the garden but being older, grumpy and cancerous he would stand no chance if they took him away  >:(
Hes being chipped when he has his op  ;D

Mister Magoo is booked to have his ears sorted next wednesday, he also needs a big dental so will be racking up a nice bill! He will be having full bloodwork and fluids thoughout his op as hes an older chappie  :Luv:

The cancer is quite advanced down his ears so he will losing 100% of both  :(
The aftercare will tough for him, a cone on his head will drive him mad and his mood wont be pleasant  :scared:

He had a good attempt at getting the vet  :evillaugh: think he was insulted by comments about his weight, 5.2kg  didnt think he would be much more than 4 so hes a solid chap  ;D hopefully all his organs are in fine fettle too :wish:
