My kittens were a bit sleepy/off colour the day after their vaccinations but sounds like it was over a week since her vaccination so I wouldn't have thought the sneezing was from the vaccs. Have you just turned the heating on or anything like that? If she is otherwise happy and healthy I'd just keep a very close eye on her, you could always give the vets a ring if you're still worried and see what they say.
