Title: Who is that cat?

My Ted is a strange one, if he see's Macey outside he jumps up at the window yowlling and his tail goes ten to the dozen. He goes from window to window doing this and I'm saying "look Ted its your sister" but he still carries on. Although he's fine with her when she comes in  :-: I dont get why he would be doing this and he always does it if he see's her outside.

Does he not recognise her and think she's another cat in the garden? Does anyone else's cats do this?

Mine keep going up tpo each other and having a sniff to check its the cat they think it is, even indoors.

so maybe no he doesnt recognise her
