I can't believe it's been 12 months since I last saw you, since I last felt you nip my legs for food and since I last stroked your beautiful fur.
It may have been 12 months but the pain of losing you hasn't diminished.

Karen, I immediately thought about Lilly when this little tortie lady appeared today. :(
Its not her, sadly, but hopefully Lilly's been rescued, just as this little girl will surely be. :shy:
Many years may have passed now, but we're still thinking of your beautiful girl. xx

Whenever I see those 'long lost cat reunited' stories I think of Lilly too and can only hope that one day it will be you

Funny, I opened that thread two minutes ago and as I saw the ginger smudge start to appear I thought it could have been her.
I hope she has got her paws firmly under someone's table and is nipping their ankles when they don't provide food quickly enough :) And one day I hope she will be scanned at a vets and can come home. Miracles happen after all....

The not knowing is the worst. :'(

I know, all too well, the pain of having a cat that goes missing :(
-
Me too. :(

It's awful, not knowing. I would rather know the worst than always wonder. There was never a sighting of her, she just vanished. She'd be an old lady cat now, if she is still alive.
If only someone could invent a microchip that held a tracking device - they would make a fortune from it.
