Title: How to raise a 165 year old cat
Post by: Cherry24 on December 16, 2015, 14:11:11 PM
Just read this article about a man who raised 2 cats that broke the Guinness World Record for oldest living cat. Not sure about the ahem red wine and coffee diet  In fact, I would strongly suggest against it. Interesting read though and some sweet pics of some oldies http://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/how-to-raise-a-165-year-old-cat

I find this quite strange tbh!

But then the internet often is lol.

I think it was a couple of years ago I read something about the Guiness Book of Records concerning oldest cats and ones who had been subitted could not be verified because nobody could prove when they were born, even one who had been reared since a kitten so was known to have lived at least that amount of time.

So as far as I know the record is nothing like as long as this. No time to do a search at mo though  :innocent:
