Lark is fine still pregnant but had trashed her Pen, maybe its because she is getting close, maybe she didnt like the milbemax, but piddle and poop everywhere. The name Lark really suits her fine early morning singing  :Luv:

Must dash rushing round today and lots to do later.

Carol
I have just had a very rare brain wave; Gannets are seabirds. Does it therefore follow that Gertie Gannet would make an excellent seacat

One thing is certain Bigboycockaleakyniagara wont need sea legs

Now why am I not surprised.   ;D  I did wonder whether Gertie gannet might go as well because they seemed quite bonded at one point
didn't they.  I expect at least Chelsea, Annabel, Stig and at least one friend to be firmly esconsed in their new homes when I get back.  :wish:  :crossed:

Just wondering how did last night's visit went and whether Lark still hanging on to those babies.   I need my Paws Inn fix because I wont be getting one for a while.

One thing is certain Bigboycockaleakyniagara wont need sea legs  not sure which black sister he will take with him later in the week, but the male human loves the name  and the home will be purrfect.
Lark had me fooled earlier, she was lay in her bed looking really tired and I thought maybe, wnt out to do afternoon feeding and she almost mugged me for her food  Poor Carol its going to be an awful holiday for you not knowing the how many, the sexes and the black colour  I am instructed by all the inmates at the Inn to wish you happy holidays and to say "Please comeback soon"

  I'll expect more than a packet of Whiskas and a few Dreamies and I absolutely refuse to use that clumping litter.

Hope tonight's potential adopters are good enough for the dwarfs T.  Now I wonder who they will chose................................  ;)

Possibly.... :shy: To be honest, I was just taken in by the lovely face and rather failed to notice the *ahem* rotundness of the other bit. :shy:

Hope the dwarf meeting goes well today. (That sounds a bit odd, but you know what I mean!)

Finally lovely pic of Carol courtesy of Bill age 6, perhaps i should get him to photograph the cats.

Probably a good idea because they would all come out looking grey and you know how popular greys are.   Repeat after me, Carol is not grey, Carol is not grey, Carol is not grey   Apart from that it is a very good picture -  oooh vanity , vanity.

Ooooh what a lot of lovely pics.  I especially like the nosy kittens  :Luv2: and the gingers look so relaxed.  Lark looks like my kinda gal but thern yupu know my weakness for blacks.  I hope she's not going to be an Annabel and keep you waiting around for those kittens.  I bet she's waiting for 1st March.

Got lovely pic of Aunty Carol Wendolene taken by Bill age 6, let me know if you want me to post it Carol.

Tried to get a drink an hour ago and naughty Olly shot out the door while I was checking on Lark; still not had a drink .
Searched for Olly without success, so got camera out as I was walking round and managed to capture the normally elusive Grasshopper.
Also got Ginja Ninja and Noodles enjoying the spring air.

So, what's wrong with calling your greenhouse occupants Tomato and Cucumber?   :evillaugh:  I've often thought if I was going to come back as a plant I'd quite likk to be a tomato plant, with little hairy green leaves, and grow nice little fat juicy flavoursome tomatoes.  :wow:  You might not be able to eat yours, but I bet they'll be totally delishuss in their own ways.  :Luv:

I confess am another who didn't know cats could faint, bless them.  :evillaugh:  Forgive the laughter - tis directed more at me than any fainting kittie.

How strange I posted a reply last night and its gone, perhaps the fairies have been
Carol I have seen many a kitten faint, funniest was when vet was here and vet nurse saw it and thought kitten was dead, we couldnt stop laughing at her, in reality vet nurses are rarely present for first vaccs so a faint is fairly new to them. Fussypussy along with her siblings seems fine today, all eating well and wondering why they got chicken yesterday and not today, I so need to find them homes now otherwise they will have to be evicted from the big brother kitchen
Lark looks as if she has swallowed a huge rugby ball, she sort of waddles across her Pen to make sure she gets every morsel of food offered, yesterday was funny she preferred cat food to chicken, she has obviously survived on scraps. I am determined she will have a Jip. I must confess I love her chosen name.
Since Monica and Hettie`s deaths Wilma and Milly seem to have bonded well with both feeding in the greenhouse and often sharing a bed, this could be due to the increasing presence of Darth Vader who seems to have taken control of the upstairs floor of Barneys Bunker, really will have to trap him , he needs neutering and de matt badly, have left him this long as he was so ill before vet would have insisted bloods and pts, at least he now look healthy just very scruffy.
We are currently very carefully assessing our ferals and may release some of them to live freely along with Wilma and Milly and sleep and feed in the greenhouse, sad in a way as I would love to grow tomato and cucumber again
All other cats happy and like the humans enjoying life  :)

Pleased that you have had a better day today. Have fun with your little helper.

I like the name Lark, I thought of a bird first not a joke.

I love the name Snowdrop and the poem was lovely.

There must be a Jip due along with all the girls Andy vet is expecting.

Nicky
