There are so many people conning us out of our money now then I think they should operate within the law, so people know where their money is going........................well I suppose you could say think they know where the money is going in the case of RSPCA !!

I know. I've had people clAIMING TO BE FROM PRS (performing right society) claiming I need a licence and need to pay over the phone. The last call was this afternoon. I just tell them to send me an application form in the post and I will deal with it. One woman told me they don't do that and asked if I would pay over the phone - I told her NO CHANCE!
