Could you leave a bowl of water upstairs? Maybe the sound of the flush reminds him he's thirsty. One of mine only drinks if you point it out to him! He's dumb and lazy!

I hope there is no cleaning agents in the loo. Really she has a responsibility to ensure the little ones safety what if it fell in head first. She really needs to close the door as well. Sorry guys but I always thought that leaving the loo seat up was more of a man thing but I must admit my husband doesn't.
