This is a really great clip, we need more people in the world like this woman. Very brave.

What a fantastic clip.... I was worried there wouldn't be an outcome! I'm confused... I thought fox hunting became illegal?
I could say a few choice words about the people in their fancy outfits on the horses but I won't
-
It is illegal but most hunts still carry on as they think they are above the law. Also the police do little to stop them. Some use the excuse that they are drag hunting when really they are chasing live foxes. It's very difficult when the people who have the power in this country are involved in hunting. Apparently David Cameron's Father in law is a member of the hunt featured in the clip. All pretty depressing really when it took so long and so much work to get the legislation through. >:(

Brave lady and those hunts should be prosecuted :censored: :censored: :censored:

:omg: that made my blood run cold, what a brave lady and as one of the comments on YT says "That woman is everything thats right in this world."

Why am I not surprised at the david Cameron connection... One rule for the rich and one for the poor!
Glad the fox was unharmed. In the second camera you can see its heart rate going so so fast...

You could see she just ran in out of instinct and had no idea what she was going to do. I can imagine myself doing something like that, just seeing an animal being hurt. I can't believe that she actually managed to pick up the fox. She did get bitten though apparently. Here's what the hunt had to say
in a statement, the Old Berkshire hunt said no foxes were hunted on 14 November when the footage was filmed, and rejected any suggestion that it broke the law.
It added: "A fox appeared in a farmyard with five stray hounds and was jumped on by animal rights activists."
-
OMG what liars..............the footage shows all including the bugler boy summoning the hounds and there were more than 5 dogs!
Hope the lady was not hurt bad and she got some abs quickly
-
I just watched it again and I couldn't hear the hunts people calling the dogs off, only the rescuer screaming at them. Surely this will have to be investigated by the Police. Where did you see the statement from the hunt people MD?
-
It was in a BBC article
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-oxfordshire-20455731
I really hope this gets taken up by one of the news programmes, I think a lot of people don't realise hunting's still going on and this a way for people to see what is still happening.
-
You hear a woman calling the dogs off AFTER the woman has grabbed the fox and was running away with two hounds following her. Only then.
Prior to that they are pretty much on horseback watching it unfold! It's the slow motion shots from the second camera that get me.... And yep I would have probably run in without thinking.
I can't even watch a hunting scene on a David Attenborough doc never mind this with human beings responsible for the hounds acting as they are!

This clip is incredible. I'm glad it exists to highlight what is happening. I'm glad that there's people out there doing this sort of thing. Makes me think I should be.
