Similar thing that I wrote about here
http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,31349.0.html
That was March 2010, she was vomiting and had anti sickness injections and antibiotics but it lasted longer than the vets expected then they did blood tests on her and all it showed was low white blood cell count and looked like a stomach virus.
So past few days she's been vomiting up again, now it's bile every so often as she isn't eating. She is perky but I can see she's looking a bit unwell. Taking her to vets in the morning. I suppose she will be treated with the same kind of drugs as last time (anti sickness/anti biotics etc). Can't understand it though, I have 1 other cat that goes outside, other one is a foster cat so indoors, all innoculated, so don't get why she'd pick up a virus as she rarely goes outside, just in the back garden and eats a bit of grass. Wonder if there's something she's eaten that has poisoned her and maybe that plant did it last time too?!! Hope it is just a bug though and not stomach cancer or anything horrid :(

I am sure she hasnt been poisened and its just one of those things and the vet will put her right

my oscar is a delicate flower! we were pruning in the garden once and he hid in the pile of cuttings then licked himself clean and starting throwing up, obviously something didn't agree with him but he was sick so many times nothing was coming up it lasted about 24 hours but the vet wasn't too worried, could be something similar for phoebe??
-
could be this was what I was wondering! She had the sickness in March 2010 so similar time of year it's happening again... maybe some plant that#s outside at the moment?!
-
seems a bit of a coincidence if she is free to wander your neighbours could have been cutting something and the sap got on to her, thats what happened to oscar

Hope it's nothing untowards  Riley went through a phase of tummy troubles/gastritis in the past and ended up at the vets on a drip, he is an indoor/catproofed garden only so couldn't understand it either - the vet suggested eating something dodgy dropped by a bird (as they can't scavenge elsewhere) or even picking up a bug that I bought in on my shoes. Hope she's feeling better soon and let us know how she gets on at the vets

Back from vets, he said he thinks it might be Pancreatitis... so has given her an anti sickness injection and some antiacid tablets and sensitive stomach wet food. She also has a heart mumur which was spotted a few weeks ago during her innoculation consultation, and he said the sickness can be caused by heart disease but is unlikely? Anyway, I have to measure her breathing when at rest apparently and keep an eye on it. Hope she gets better soon :(

What antibiotic is she on? Cora used to vomit violently when she first had her tummy problems, now it's looking like it was the Synulox, she hasn't been sick since she came off it, apart from furballs.

She's not on an anti biotic this time, just had an anti sickness injection and antacid tablets. She's still being sick though :( Not often but the injection (which last 24 hours) didn't even stop it in that time. It seems to be very similar to what happend in 2010 so maybe is a flair up of the pancreas?! SHe isn't having any diarrhea or anything and I don't think she's particularly unwell in herself she is still trying to eat.

Could be, hope she's OK.
