If you call CP Head Office, they will still send out vouchers depending on circumstances.
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Neutering

Anyone know of any rescues in Lancashire that can offer free or low charge neutering vouchers?  Came across a lady today in the course of my work who has 2 females that she can't afford to get done.  We don't have a cats protection any more.

Thanks :)
