Hi guys
Long time no see - my voluntary work got rather hectic, so not as much time for forums, but I've recently had a change of rescues, so have more spare time now, so thought I would re-join.
I currently just have the one cat - she is anti-social, so not much chance of 2!! She has just had major surgery, a femoral head incision - I still pick cats that develop unusual conditions. Sadly, pre-op bloods show early renal problems, she is only 9 :'(
I also have two foster cats - we were told they were brother and sister, turned out to be two brothers!! Stunning cats, a ginger/white and grey/white, both longhaired.
I've re-registered my photobucket account, but struggling to get it to do anything

Nice to see you back Desley and glad all is well wondered what happened to you and remember your boys well x

Hi Liz - how many do you have these days?
-
Hey Desley, how the devil are you? It is wonderful to hear from you again.
Liz is just busy taking off her and Hubbies socks off so that they can count!
I have five now. Glutton for punishment, 3 snakes, and more fish than you can shake a stick at thanks to three tanks and a pond, one of the tanks having at least 300 Guppies.

I'm really good thanks - too many changes since I was last here to list.
Wow!! That must keep you busy. Do you still have time for reading? I've still got the James Herbert book you sent me ;D
-
The day I stop reading, you can book the funeral. ;) :evillaugh:
My name is Paula, I try, but I am afraid I cannot break my 2+ a day habit......................

LOL! I'm lucky if I can read one a week, although since swapping voluntary jobs, I've read more. Downside now is the foster cats - there are two of them, who both want stroking. Shame I can't get into audio books

Still a tad larger than the average cat family and last year bought my first ever pedigree kitten a charcoal brown Marble Bengal to go with the other 8 Rescue Bengals all colours and personalities and issues but they live here happily with all the rest have lost 2 this year so far an oldie and a feral youngster with a lot of issues but his 3 sisters are still with us and doing well
-
Wow. I'm surprised you'd have bought a Bengal, surely 8 of them would be enough! Sorry you've lost two already this year :(

Desley - how great to see you back with us!!! ;D
We have three at the moment. Moray's is a Norwegian Forest Cat lookee-likee who is 3 and pretty laid back, and we have two semi feral gullies- Barley black-stockings, who is a rangy dark tabby, and Malt who's a dainty white and tabby. Both are nervous and flighty, but Barley is a little cuddlebum. :)
Moray's has limited sight in his left eye following an incident 18 months ago when we believe he was kicked, but he loves his gullies, and is a very protective big Bro.

Thanks Sue - poor Moray
-
Hi and welcome back ;D

Hi Desley. Nice to see you back. Sorry to hear about your lovely girls health issues but she's very lucky to have landed in your care
The boys are stunning and hopefully will find a good home together before long.
We currently have 8 sharing our home ranging from 17 weeks to 13 years. Keep us sane in a mad world :)

Nice to see you as well, Rosella - 8!
