Thank you, Papillon. I know that there is so much  help needed in this country but when I hear about the situation elsewhere I feel that compassion has no borders. It is particularly heartbreaking at the moment for dogs in eastern europe, especially Romania where the brutal massacre of street dogs has begun. And hell holes like Pozega public shelter in Serbia. Just overwhelming.

My heart goes out to this elderly lady who has nothing for herself but tries to care for the stray cats as best she can.
