Hi.. If we could fall into this it would help us tremendously! We are currently struggling financialy with huge out standing vet bills again, but this time they dont seem to be going down at all :( We are that point we cannot take in any more until without funds :(

We are in Nottingham area..

what a fantastic offer Kerri!   if you have any info relating to Scottish funders then we'd be very grateful for a helping hand. I've sat and sifted through hundreds of pages of info online trying to find info and only turned up 1 or 2 options... so any help much appreciated.

Brilliant!

We could use this too, especially as we are seriously considering taking on a volunteer Fundraiser (for one off projects).
We're base in Camberley, but cover West Surrey, South Berkshire, North East Hampshire, and Wiltshire (and soon to be West London LOL).

any help much appreciated

Oh yes please !!!  :rofl:

Several years ago I went through this process and it does take time.
Certainly , a list of funds and contact details would be fantastic as I seem to remember it took ages looking into just who we could apply to - the actual applications aren't too bad and most of that is getting the financial paperwork together for the last XX years to send with the application.

we have a deficit of £14k last year (31st march).

What a lovely offer :)

I bet your experience could be quite handy for many of the rescues on here as the people who run them usually don't have time to do this sort of stuff because they are so busy with the animals. I'm sure someone will be along soon to snap up your offer :)

Hi guys,

For the past 4 years I've done a lot of voluntary work for charities/voluntary organisations and have raised a lot of money through doing sponsored events (walks, abseils etc). With my organisation, No Secrets, we are not a registered charity and are classed as a voluntary group/org. As well as relying on fundraising I am also always applying for grants and have quite a bit of experience with this. Since Jan I've secured £6500 for the next year, and am in the middle of a couple of other applications too.

Obviously, organising fundraisers takes quite a bit of time, and it's tricky to be doing too many of them because it means I'm asking the same people for money all the time which isnt fair lol. BUT, if its possible and if you'd like, I don't mind searching around for some grants and banging in applications for you? Am well used to what to write now with them and link them in with the funders objectives etc.

Give me a shout if you want me to look into it xx
