I am very happy to report that she is home safe and sound now, somewhat unphased but grubby, and was trying to fight me after 30mins of excessive moawing and cuddling - all this at 2.30am this morning, almost exactly 5 days to the time she disappeared!

Thanks for all of you help.
;D

I have done all those things...

Spending a lot of time posting flyers, but i never realised how far 1000 flyers wont go in an inner city area like this. But yes fingers crossed, she is very missed and we are all worried about her as she is very small.  Hopefully someone will have the sense to take her to the vet or something...  fingers crossed indeed.

Thanks

Hi  :welcome: to Purrs,

I saw your post on CatChat about Spoon.  So sorry to hear she is still not home yet  :(

I assume you have postered your local area.  Also check with all your neighbours that she isn't shut in a shed / garage.

Have you contacted the AARU (animal accident rescue unit) to see if she may have been picked up by them:  http://www.aaru.org.uk/aboutus.htm

Good luck and fingers crossed she will be back home soon.

Our very vocal 8 month old kitten 'Spoon' has been missing for 3 days in the Forest Fields area of Nottingham. She is not quite full size yet.

Never been out the house before, may not know where she is. Last seen on Exeter Road / Berridge Road area on Thurs 15th May 2008.

She is a short haired tabby/tortoise shell - predominantly brown with black stripes, with a white chest/chin and socks, orange/ brown eyes... very cute and loving.

She is neutered (with her operation 'shaved' patch still obvious on her left leg – this can be seen in the picture), she is chipped, and was last wearing a white collar with little pale blue spots.
